Even 300$-400$ phones are equally powerf... moreall i am trying to say is there is more to it than spec sheets and tests. it is more powerful in day to day tasks (calls, messaging, browsing) cus they are better optimised, they have dedicated teams to optimise apps that are on their app store. Android--Master, 25 Feb 2021The Poco F2 pro is as good if not better than the IPhone 12... moredon't judge a book by its cover. in the REAL WORLD, the iphones are some of the most powerful around. also, benchmarks and test don't mean anything. they are designed to max out the hardware's performance to get the highest number. and guess what, no one maxes out their phones internals, and even if they did, they would most likely be doing it for a very short period of time.

Oppo is dying.
It's find x2 pro 5x optical was as good as no optical zoom. It could not zoom a moon also. Zoom text reading was a no show.
Now that they ditched that and with no 108mp on board, the phone is become only a paper weight.

Miui steals the show in ways that you guys can't wrap your heads around.
The iPhone 12 pro should be priced no more than 400$ for the hardware and software it provides. I'll happily pay €1000 for Find X3 pro though, as I know I am getting hardware and software experience that matches the price tag.

Even after using the phone and liking it, they still miss that Logo.
Instead, These guys are ready to use an inferior product if it comes with a particular logo.

I don't understand why did they have to drop periscope lens and change design ? They just took iphone camera layout flip it and called it day , I don't care about copying but considering this is coming from creative company in terms of design is disappointing
I was eagerly waiting for pro model after what they did with x2 pro but dropped the ball after seeing this

So, the basic Oppo Find X3 will starts at 1000 Euro in Europe. Does it get 3 Android updates and 4 years of security updates and also good a good after-sale service? No. But this is what you get at that price-range from manufacturers like Samsung, Apple, Sony and Google.
Just a good hardware doesn't mean much, if the software and after-sale support is minimal.

Guess the removal of periscope was to lower the price since this is set to be cheaper than its predecessor.

I don't get it why go for Macro lens while Oppo/OnePlus had supperior Macro mode via Ultra Wide not needing any specific/additional lens for it.
Yet I really hope Main will be new upcoming 50MP IMX789 and Ultra Wide will be 50MP IMX766.
