Interestingly, DXOMark takes fees from various smartphone companies for consulting. They should come clean on that, to outline their conflict of interest. You can't be earling $1 Million from a company for software algorithms or hardware consultancy, and then judge the same company on quality parametres.
It's like a judge who is also, incidentally, the lawyer for the accused. Morality notwithstanding, great conflicts of interests make DXO mark getting less credible each day. Maybe they should release their financial statements, to disclosures about Who their clients are. From a purely disclosure perspective.

Samsung should keep it the ToF camera including laser autofocus for faster focusing same as Huawei mate 40 pro.

Interesting. In the Comments section of DXOMark, people have pointed out from Downloaded sample'a Exif Data, that the firmware is a much older version, and the zoom ranges are not the native 3x and 10x, but zoom ranges in between. One is suddenly left wondering what the purpose of such a selective review is. I guess once someone starts actually comparing DXOMark's protocols, more skeletons will start falling out of the closet.
This also opens up more questions on testing standards and protocols.
The S21 Ultra is far from perfect, but giving it a lower autofocus score than the S20 Ultra is, quite frankly, very suspicious.

As aspect it since saw camera comparison between S20 ultra, note 20 ultra and S21 ultra Samsung made a big mistake by ditching the 48MP and ToF camera.

Is DXOMark compromised? This is one of THE Most ludicrous statements recently. Everyone who tested the zoom on the S21 Ultra was blows away by the stabilisation and the sheer level of detail.

He always praises Apple when the new iPhone comes out, Samsung when the S series, Huawei when the P/Mate, and so on.
