Just charge your phone and use it, simple! If after 2 years ifyou still enjoying it get the battery changed and start again, if you after a new phone after then it doesn't matter how much your battery has degraded! Either way just stop stressing about how and when to charge your battery you'll end up with a heart attack over a phone battery! Mobiles are meant to be used and enjoyed so ENJOY your phone! At least you won't be stressing how long it takes to recharge with 200+ watt fast charging!

120W up to 45c is a fact.
This very website even did an intensive test on the subject.
There are also hundreds of videos on youtube, why don't you check it out before wasting everyones time by writing 500 lines of gibberish??

Samaparr, 08 Mar 2021Why do ya'll hate fast charging so much?
Heat kills... moreOk now that is just ridiculous.
Let's say after 3 years you have 90-95% capacity left, and a normal person who charges their phone to 100% and use it down to like 5% everyday has 75-80% health after 3 years.
Sure your battery health is way better than a normal person. But by doing that (using only 20% to 80% battery), you artificially limitting your usage to just 60% capacity since the day you bought the phone. While a normal person will enjoy like 6 months to 1 year of 100% capacity battery, 1 year of 90% and 1 year of 80% and so on. You literally have to use a battery with only 60% capacity since day one. So with a 5000mAh battery you only use 3000mAh, all in the name of preserving the battery life. In the end, you are the one who has less battery usage.
And that doesn't count having to constantly monitor the battery to not let it drop below 20%, and once you plug it in, you also have to remember to unplug it before it get above 80%.
Why would you want to make it so troublesome like that?

Heat kills... more120W and only 45°C? Unlikely. Not even my K30 5G charging at 30W can stay under 40°C when charging, and I'm not even using it at all while it's charging.
Maybe in a controlled environment, this is possible, but on a regular basis, it's just nearly impossible not to exert a lot of heat when charging super fast, especially at that ridiculous 200W.
Another note is how the batteries are separated into different cells to achieve faster charging speed times. The smaller the capacity, the faster it will most likely degrade when compared to a single cell large battery when charged at exactly the same speed and in the same exact environment.
My Redmi 5 Plus from almost 3 years ago only supported up to 18W fast charging, and even then, its 4000mAh battery is significantly less capable of holding charge compared to its initial state, so how much worse will the same Lithium type battery charged at 200W will fare in the same timespan?
200W is fine if the battery capacity is extremely large at, say around 10,000mAh at the very least, otherwise this will just kill the battery even faster, and I'm not just considering whatever preventive measures Xiaomi has included into these chargers to take care of the battery's health. No matter how well they keep the temperatures low when charging, it's simply part of the nature of Lithium batteries to degrade faster when being exposed to heat.
If what Xiaomi is doing with these 200W chargers is not having true 200W charging current, but rather lower current with charging speed that's similar to a true 200W charger by doing some manipulations in the charging system to achieve higher outputs, then it should be stand corrected that it's not the real 200W we're supposed to expect, and definitely shouldn't be called 200W.
I'm not against fast charging at all, before you say it. However, we need to improve the current battery technology as much as what we are doing with charging techs to balance out everything.
It's just not worth it if you can charge your phone instantaneously but not maintain the same battery endurance as it did on the first day. This is why you'll see many Xperia XZ Premium owners for 3 or more years saying that their battery capacities have very minimal to no degradation over the course of their usage due to the help of very careful and healthy charging system, while the same thing can't be said for a Xiaomi Mi 6, Galaxy S8 Plus, iPhone 7 Plus, or whatever flagship phone was released during the same time.

Wow I thought that 65 mins for my Poco X3 NFC with 5160mah was really good with 33 watt fast charge! These phones will be fully charged in 5-10 mins. Next thing should be super fast charge power banks so you can keep your phone charged anywhere even if no wall socket available.

No thank you I will stick with my tried and tested 33W charger. Even my previous Huawei 40W supercharger was safe and fast. Don't want batteries exploding while on charge. The technology needs to mature first instead of having stupid bragging rights like ZTE under display camera
