200W...CHARGER
200Hz....DISPLAY
200Mp....CAMERA
20X....OPTICAL ZOOM
but wait...xiaomi still doesn't have a device with 10x optical zoom...so they can't suddenly jump to 20x optical zoom.

People who think they don't need faster charging makes me laugh. Battery capacities at 4,000 mah or over benefits from fast charging. Battery capacities are increasing and it's not uncommon to find 5,000 mah batteries in phones nowadays. You will need faster charging to keep the same charging times. Of course, shaving lots time off charging is even better. A 200w charger will mean you can completely charge your phone under 15 mins.

Basically we don't really need such fast charging. What we need is more capacity but without the burden from it's weight. I don't believe that battery technology is stopped at Li-Po or Li-Ion while any other segments are improved. Again, we need more capacity with less weight.

As long as the smartphone battery is not getting any bigger, forget about this gigantic charging rate. There is literally no way that I'm going to change the smartphone battery every year. 200W only make sense for power banks with 20,000mAh or more battery.

But why would you work on longer lasting batteries, no no no companies prefer we have 200 watt charging to degrade the non replacable batteries quicker and buy "their next new thing" as fast possible.
Yeah... just no

How about adding 200w to tablets with battery capacities of 7Ah and above, while limiting phones to 100 to 130w instead? 5Ah batteries should be the norm on all phones with 100w+ charging speeds. 4.5Ah is so 2019.

Maybe Xiaomi shoud develop a phone that can be opened and you could replace a battery. That would be something unlike any other :)

With Xiaomi impeding release of a phone capable of charging at 200W, many will believe Xiaomi simply plays the numbers game with both its 100+ MP camera and now its 200W charging capability. The haters and cynics out there will simply berate Xiaomi for their continued technological advancement.
Whilst a specific laggard in the mobile industry who shall eventually embrace such advances many years from now will ultimately be hailed as having a technological superior device, unmatched by any other.

Roman5, 08 Mar 2021Can we please stop it with the race for charging speeds and... moreWe had both (charge in seconds via putting in a spare; replace the dying battery by *buying* a spare). But then they (OEMs) found out that giving users the ability to change the battery extends their phones' lifespan == less sales and they removed the feature.
Of course the fans never talked because it is way too consequential (what the companies did back then). Instead they talk ad nauseum (still) about the 3.5mm jack removal. You know, the king of inconsequential features (all you need is a USB c adapter to fix its lack, lel).
So yeah, fans wanted all these to happen. Were silent when removable batts died, and can't shut up about the silliest feature ever (the 3.5mm jack). We brought it on **us**.
