Huawei P50 first renders reveal two huge cameras

The design is eye-catching with its camera setup. But one thing that got me thinking, I'm wondering why the Huawei vanilla P series since 2018 with the exception of P30 always removed the headphone jack from its specs, while the vanilla Mate series always preserved the headphone jack all along? Does anyone know the reasoning?

Raul, 12 Mar 2021How is your user experience with p40? Any software related ... moreVery good. Luckily all banking apps on my country are available. Most of the popular apps are working fine either using Petal Search or Aurora Store. Google Maps didnt work though. Got Vanced (Youtube without ads) as well.
As for its camera, - https://www.instagram.com/shuibullah.amran/
First 24 photos are using P40, the rest using either Xperia, Mate 20 & Honor 8 Pro. Its IG anyway, details cant be fully seen though because of the compression.

Lccy, 12 Mar 2021The 64mp Quad-Bayer (16mp output) sensors such as the LG V6... moreGiven Huawei employs some sort of super res stacking algorithms all the time to get rid of moire and distorted fine patterns, a super high resolution (after binning) sensor would be unnecessary. On top of that RYYB filter also suffers from some colour inaccuracy in darker parts of the frame, so more light sensitive pixels would bring more benefit.

It would be ideal to have a high resolution sensor and a large pixel pitch sensor, but that would be very expensive

Yikes...the most biggest vanilla P series yet, I guess its a trade for keeping the big battery along with big camera sensor.
Form factor size are one of the best thing on my vanilla P40.

If Huawei is going to use such a big sensor, they should increase the resolution from 12 to 27mp like Xiaomi.
