salarx, 16 Mar 2021Mate 40 Pro was at top, but it uses Kirin 9000 so it could ... moreIn my opinion the Mate 40 Pro's score was legit, since it's using Mali-G78 MP24, the same that is used in the Exynos 2100 but with more cores, IDK their clock speeds.
Also their CPU cores were clocked at a quite high frequency for each cluster.

Xiaomi is in fear with great software Realme easily kill Xiaomi products .
So Xiaomi give money to Antutu for this scandle..

Chinses manufacturers cheat on benchmark. No new news.
But some stupid people accuse "Gary Explain" for not releasing his "Speed Test G" software. I guess this incident should open their eyes if they are not dumb.
This is what happens when manufacturers get the benchmark code.

Cheating is everywhere! Will come to lime light once exposed. They want to brag that they are no. 1 . These scores are increasing day by day but has only little value on daily usage.

theres a lot of phone out there cheating the benchmark.
Especially the entry level budget phone, somehow have about 250k score.
But when run hd game setting, the device seems poor than 180k

there was absolutely no need for them to cheat, the phone is already a hit in people eyes. it has a flagship chip and cheap price for the specs, all they had to do was make enough of it and ship them to multiple markets.

Excellent Decision. Many OEMs are fudging on tests, and they need to be banned by many more testing groups. Plus, apart from destroying photo and video, the smartphones could be damaging the processor too.

No surprises here,almost all Android manufacturers have been caught cheating in benchmarks including Scamsung.Android Authority have a yearly article about all these manufacturers cheating. :)

I don't even follow these score or make decisions based on benchmark score. Software experience & less less bloat ware is key to me & after sale software support especially non locked phones with custom ROM support with easy bootloader unlocking without asking or waiting for permission from the OEM to unlock a phone I have bought with my own money at a high price sh#t. Nowonder I ditched Hauwei, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Realme etc & partially Xiaomi those who make it difficult !it possible to unlock the bootloader. Now I only consider Google pixel phones & OnePlus phones no matter how beautiful these other OEMs phones look.
