blue.sun, 21 Mar 2021Neither USA nor Europe have a full 5G coverage. Maybe in ne... moreYup, totally agree. 5G seems to be overhyped around this site. I don't know why many people rave about it while it's still limited. It's still evident that many countries haven't had 5G coverage, and implementing a new tech takes a long time, even for developed countries like USA and Europe, as you say, let alone developing countries like SE Asia, India, etc.

I was replying to a 5G elitist who claimed 4G as "outdated" and questioned why Samsung even still releases 4G phones, implying that now since 5G is available, the old 4G must be abandoned.

So, we have another counter-argument to the 5G elitist. 4G is indeed still much relevant for many years to come and far from outdated. Heck, in Indonesia, the old 2G is still available!

Why is SAMSUNG reducing the battery size again? They showed with the M51 / F62 / M62 that a 7000 mAh battery nowadays fits into normal phones. So WHY are they now putting in such tiny batteries in their new "mid range" phones? The market is so dam boring and it's ashame. Not only do we have to live fit hthe fact that batteries are no longer removable, not only are things like the infrared-diod (IR blaster) secretly being ommitted, not only is e.g. the MHL support (for HDMI output) quietly disappearing, but then there are midrange phones with relatively good specs and then they make the battery so small. Also: it is no longer a real dual SIM slot, it is again such a dam stupid hybrid slot! What the heck? Especially when on holiday, business trip etc. ONE NEEDS TWO SIM CARDS AND A MICRO SD CARD and not either or. SAMSUNG you proved with the M51 and F62 and M62 that it is no problem to make dualSIM + SD slot available. It is such a shame and backward-oriented that there is always something missing in one of the phones. Do manufacturers really think we are all totally stupid??

          750/765/768/775 are stronger than 835.
          775 can beat 855+.

Maybe in next five years can we expect to go full 5G, but the 4G network would work for at least another ten years. And besides that, 5G versions of the phones are extremely expensive, considering they only bring the "5G range" more, nothing else. Who cares about that?

I literally don't care about any phone until someone makes an android that's the size range of a iphone 12 Mini.

So Probably never gonna care until my current phone dies.

I prefer A51 5G but it didn't release in Egypt

Honestly I'm gonna settle for the A52 4G as in my country 5G is currently not that widely spread, I'm not a gamer infact i hate playing games with the phone, do for Mr this is a good purchase. Good Camera upgrade with an OIS that's a big treat, IP67, memory card, Headphone jack what more could i ask for? So I'll be definitely be getting the A52, oh by the way I come from A20 after almost 2 years so I feel like this is a deserved upgrade for me.

Anonne, 21 Mar 2021"I don't know why Samsung have released 4G versio... moreYeah everyone bashing samsung like there are no 5g phone from them. They want all feature packed flagship for $200 it is ridiculous.
And everyone hyped for 5G, and In my developed country there are no 5g. Maybe in 2022 they will develop full 5G.
I was mifans before, but I am seeing samsung gives consumer 4 years of updates, decent specs for only $250 it is no brainer. Maybe if last year I dont buy smartphone, I will instantly buy a52 for longer support of software

Why should I buy this, if I'm getting lg g8x for the same price in india!

J5 is a really decent phone and it's even still getting security updates. Battery life is not what it's used to be, but that's normal after 4 years of usage.
At the moment, my provider's offer for A52 4g is around €180 or by monthly instalments of €10. That's an unbeatable offer for that specs you getting. I only wish a smaller screen size but I guess I'll just have to go with the flow.

                                      fricking overpriced 😵😵

They are to expensive :( I rather put another $200 and buy something better.
