My hope was that the POCO X3 pro would be the same phone as redmi note 10 max spec wise but with better CPU, cause when I look at the vanilla model X3 NFC of last year, it was the same phone as the Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro but with better CPU and refresh rate panel, Cooling system, better touch sample rate.....I'm disappointed with this one cause there's nothing 'PRO' about this phone either than the chipset.
They cared more about power with this phone than overall package, I personally think I can buy the redmi note 10 pro max than this....

The S20 FE touchscreen issues is only the users don't know how to use the touchscreen. S20 Ultra autofocus issues is only the users don't know how to hold the phone. That's the Samsung A32 4G. It's more expensive than the X3 pro and only fifty less than the early bird price of the F3. The Samsung offers a Helio G80 cpu. It's not terrible but it's comparable to the snapdragon 710. They're having a laugh.

Poco F3 is the perfect phone for someone who doesn't care much about camera, but does care about performance. The phone is good enough for the next 5 years with that 870 chipset.

It actually has often worked the other way. I work for a carrier. You wouldn't believe it but many people experience far better 3G or Hsdpa+ connectivity and stability in upload and download speeds than in 4G. Because so few people are trying to force the phone onto 4G. I'll give an example in terms of calls. My phone allows me to select 2g only. Edge is obviously useless for data but in my house on 2g I can get crystal clear signal as 2g is so little used. Similar with 3g or H+. My speeds and stability is better. The likelihood is the demand for 5g will be great for 4G users. 4G is not going to suddenly disappear. It's going to benefit from 5G.

Interesting Phones, because of their high-end SoCs.
I hope they will also get Google ARCore support. The last years Xiaomi Mi 10T still didn't got this certification. If these phones doesn't get it, i will go for the Samsung Galaxy A52.

I dont even need good camera when i pearly use it ever. I have 3 years old phone and i have probably taken at most maximum 200 pictures with it and maybe 10 videos. So i dont need the best on the market camera when i dont use it. I dont even play games. Well i dont play games cause my phone is low end budget and it's not able to play anything.
Thing is that these phones are good for kids. Parents buy them for there kids so they can play games on them and they are affordable and wont have any problems in games next 5 years or even more if these last so long in kids hands.
People who complain about 5G and bad build quality and old cameras that are not good quality then there are all types of phones in the market for you to get all the things you need if your willing to pay for it. But expecting everything to have top end for under 300 euro is just stupid. They need to cut corners to get the price down from somewhere.
And then these people who say successor for F1 and needs to have SD888 in it. Sorry but F1 was with SD845 and it come out when SD855 was in the market as the new soc. SD870 is a new sock too for F3 but not the best on the market so it's a serious improvement over F1 and not only that but it will be with AMOLED screen too with 120hz

[deleted post]Don't mind him, he's a 5G elitist. He always degrades and mocks non-5G phones, no matter how great the specs or price. I notice that every time he comments. He is of the opinion that 4G is "outdated" and thus new phones must have 5G and 4G phones are worthless.

[deleted post]5G is more efficient in using the frequency, thus will give carrier extra profit. After initial deployment, carrier will start to recycle their old tech to new. Usually when this happened, the quality of 4G will be down.
So, for future proofing, 5G is very important. Even when you don't have any 5G around you yet.
