        Current implementation of widgets on iOS is extremely handicapped and provides a half-baked experience. Even Android from 2011 has better widget experience.... Let that sink in!!

                              The point is to indicate that the face recognition tech isn't to blame, the hardware does its job as intended, it is the software should be good enough to recognize only half of a face.
                              And one can debate that a true 3D structured light face recognition of only half a face is more accurate and safer than an optical underdisplay FPS.

                              In fact this is the exact same issue that ultrasonic FPS had, because Samsung did a poor job with the S10/20 Note10/20 the tech was often said to be bad while it is actually the best fingerprint scanning option, here this is the same, 3D face recognition is as good, and in many cases much better than fingerprint scanners, but it is poorly implemented, it doesn't mean that face recognition as a whole is bad or that FPS are superior, even during a time everyone wears a mask.

                              THAT was my point, explaining that things could be much better, and for everyone that is, face recognition doesn't have to be helpless, in fact, Apple sort of fixed the issue :

                              My point is that many techs that would be awesome or are great and doesn't have any issues are left aside or forgotten because people badmouth them while saying totally inaccurate things or pointing their finger at the wrong problem, exactly as it happened for the pop up, the sliders, the SD card slot, the bezel and many more.

                                  But samsung was only option here.
                                  The ipad was same price of Tab A (Snapdragon 450). (From non official seller was 1/2 price charged by apple).

                                  Mine has A10 (similar to SD820).
