LOL hahahahahaha what am I buying a TV or a smart phone, that's not going to change my mind switching from apple to Samsung , the display of galaxy s3 is more than good enough for me, what concerns me is the feturs of the smart phone, the I phone does not come no where near the features and freedom of use as the galaxy s3

on one hand we hav Sammy's own display n on the other we hav lg's(may b) display.....but surely apple will take away d whole credit.same happened when sony was responsible for iPhone4s superb camera.!!!

It's been hot topic recently. But the truth is, both devices have a good display, the best LCD and LED available on mobile.
I think, the screen size is worth to consider more than anything in this case. With 4" on iPhone 5, typing texts, viewing website, playing game, and so many other things related to screen size would be worse compared to Galaxy S3. This is the main point.
Is 4" screen on iPhone 5 more comfortable? No. Most people can use one hand to scroll through the website just fine, even with 7" screen. Most people will be able to type texts on hand with device below 5" screen. In fact, people often do two hands when typing. When it's possible, people will do most of the tasks two hands on mobile.
Whatever the Retina is, I prefer bigger screen for bigger text. It's just comfortable to my eyes. That's all and S3 win.

[deleted post]iphone 5: too expensive, small too bright screen, close source software, less bettery life, sending files via Bluetooth no, support only HQ mp4 video, classic gallery, nothing to compare with the Best smart phone GSIII and HTC One X. in addition, if U have electricity in your body, U can use iphone 5 and charge it all the times with your nose.

Most of us own S3, take pictures, play movies and games, and i can tell you AMOLED screen is not over saturated or unrealistic colors..
it has very deep colors and some pics look better and alive on the AMOLED and while playing games, they look way better on my phone than on my IPS monitor.
