Max, 26 Apr 2021Nobody cares about headphone jackActually many do care about it, mainly casual people which are the VAST majority of users, and many older persons aren't gonna buy those wireless audio crap as they already have good wired ones.
The opposite is true though, who would care if the phone has an 3.5mm Jack as it does absolutely NOTHING negative for those who don't use it anyway?
It is cheap, it doesn't take any relevant internal space, it doesn't cause any issues, in which case, when it can be wanted or even needed by some and the rest can simply ignore that, it should be a mandatory thing.
Because, surprise, the Bluetooth have actually fewer reasons to be on the phone than the 3.5mm Jack.
https://mashable.com/article/bluetooth-is-bad/

Only ignorant haters want the Jack to be gone, why would anyone want something that they can PERFECTLY ignore (not the "YoU cAn JuSt GeT aCcUsToM tO hAvE a HoLe In ThE dIsPlAy" type, but really something that you can spend month without seeing it and suddenly realize it is there) to be removed despite people having proved times and times again that a MASSIVE majority still want it :

What nobody care about isn't the Jack, it is your opinion about the Jack.

beep bop boop, 26 Apr 2021oh cool, have you been dealing with the Alert Slider issues... moreI didn't encounter this issue, though I don't use the slider often, I have the "do not disturb" mode automatically for the night, but for the rare occasions I have used the slider I didn't see any issues, it worked at intended AFAIK.
Apparently, it is more or less common :

    https://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/comments/cilgwp/oneplus_6_alert_slider_not_working/

Honestly I would have preferred by a huge margin if the slider was a privacy slider, going from disabling microphone then mic + accelerometers + gyro (those two can give off much more than most people think, in fact they can identify individual desktop keyboard keystroke), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Data, all configurable with pins, and of course physically disabled, not through software.

We need not name light, of what we think of Nokia camera phones now.

The 765 might be popular but boy is it an underwhelming midrange chipset compared to dimensity chipsets in terms of raw power, efficient and thermal management

Good!!, the SD780G was not the direct successor to the 765G, the way it should be.

Sounds like a replacement for the Nokia 8.3 5G.

While you wait patiently for spend around 800 euros in this X50... XD. You can buy their new "beautiful" and "great" feature phones below or near 100 euros!!! ^^

You can send nice SMS messages, support WAP 1.2 and below (not sure how usefull it will be with the tiny 128 × 160 pixels 1,77" display) and even have LTE!!! They come with a 1Ghz CPU, single core probably. And two models , certification date 2021/4/21:

TA-1389 without camera and obviously without fingerprint sensor, 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM for storage:

                                http://shouji.tenaa.com.cn/Mobile/MobileDetail.aspx?code=g61T3CysTlSvI%2bQgKH174dm3Wf4aCBSPEP1PyFOLBMtSka%2fSvHFFSg%3d%3d

And the amazing TA-1373 with VGA camera, 128MB ROM for storage but with only 32MB of RAM, not sure if due to the space the camera take or because it cost too much and removing one memory chip instead of use a 64MB single one compensates the extra cost XD. Also not fingerprint sensor... its a feature thing, i mean, a feature phone! lol

                                http://shouji.tenaa.com.cn/Mobile/MobileDetail.aspx?code=g61T3CysTlSvI%2bQgKH174ZK39B%2fSJ4LX8%2bTfAIGpMqPXmr%2bclnClwA%3d%3d

Hopefully you can insert an miniSD card up to 32GB!!! Wohoo!!! Mainly for music, i imagine, or try to watch some video in their tiny 128 × 160 pixels 1,77" display...

Considering their current pricing policy, this phone will cost north of 800 bucks.

I don't care how many updates they offer, they can't ask Snapdragon 8XX money for a 775.

And I really want to like Nokia but it's like they're not even trying
