Anonymous, 10 May 2021👍💪I think it’s a pretty rough day for Apple haters and Apple suppliers,all of them keep taking big losses.Looking forward to the Apple 5G modem being the most efficient out there and exclusive to us Apple users.It’s going to be difficult for Qualcomm as the only phone manufacturer who is able to sell Flagships in big numbers is Apple,the rest of Qualcomms customers can only sell mid and low budget devices n big numbers nobody buys their gimmicky flagships,a tough time is coming for Apple competitors who already cannot match the A12X release in 2018. 🤣

back in the day steve jobs always want to put new hardware on their products First (i think) than its rivals and the first to make the first ever true smartphone (though LG make the first touchscreen phone but didnt sell well)
now iPhones are falling behind (and samsung and xiaomi winning the race) with high end hardware and apple still uses the same old hardware
if the iPhone 13 improves the main camera and uses a new display tech (like oneplus 9 pro)
and FINALLY add under display touch ID , i probably switch back to iPhone

[deleted post]I love the fact that Apple will probably have the most efficient 5G modem and not have to use the crap coming from Qualcomm.Will be great when Apple don’t have to deal with Qualcomm and their malware vulnerable modems.
Right now the iPhone 12 is the best selling 5G phone, Qualcomm will hate lose Apples business which keeps Qualcomm going.

To be honest, I don't care who makes the modems, as long as they work well on each device that I use. I just hope that the future 5g network won't affect the pricing on data plans, I would rather choose to have better 4g coverage. I have never had a bandwidth problem on 4g/4g+ even watching YouTube videos or using data intensive apps.

I run macOS windows and linux...by far the most stable and better froward thinking is macOS...linux is better for servers and windows....but windows remain best for gaming and for children...thats why you all here love windows...because you dont have any IT knowledge and all day play video games and have brain burned

But when using 5g, there is heavy battery drain. Must be the lack of internal modem.
Tech reviewers will hardly say this in their sponsored iPhone reviews.
I have a colleague who has a Snapdragon 888 based device, his battery doesn't drain as much when using 5g.
I don't understand why implement a half baked feature?they did so much marketing at the Apple event. They should have just gone with high refresh rate instead of 5g. This 60hz display is starting to feel ancient.
