annoikki, 24 Jun 2021Windows Phone would still be alive now if it had Android ap... moreFret not my dear fellow former Windows Phone user. The Intel Bridge Technology that is a runtime post-compiler that enables Android apps to run natively on x86-based devices, is a key stepping stone towards Microsoft re-creating the Surface Foldable™ (Windows Edition).
Just imagine the Surface Foldable™ that can run both Android apps AND Windows x86 apps. Intel just need to develop a reasonably powerful SoC with >12 hours battery longevity with its new Foveros 3D stacking chiplet technology.

I cant recover from the trauma I suffered using Windows. Since Steve Balmer and Bill Gates left, windows updates had been less professional, unreliable and counter productive.
Each updates had the worst problem ever experienced that shouldn't be.
With bugs, crashes and incompatibility.
From countless blue screen death, hdd crash and loss of data.
It had never been this bad since the recent 2004 version update.
I lost all data and work rendering me with life of hopelessness and loss of precious time. It was a mistake to trust that their update wont make the same mistake. It was a mistake to hope that their methods of work changed. It was a mistake to hope and trust.
Sure they showed you all the gleam and shine of the new design and layout on Windows 11. That wont make me forget the underlaying problems of what this OS can do.
Will there be more bugs and crash in future updates?
I cannot trust anymore on windows and it will stay long that way.
I missed the days when Bill and Steve were at the helm of windows. Its not that great but their updates was more reliable and always made windows feel better with each updates.
To note,
1) Current Microsoft had not changed the disk cleanup since birth of Windows 9x, NT, XP. Its still the old same stuff and they had not improved the vital part of the OS.
2) There is still internet options from old internet explorer in control panel
3) Where is the Container app that runs programs in a container environment in your main windows environment to protect your OS from malicious or virus programs. Sandbox is not what Im talking about.
4) 4gb of Ram, what is that for? Pretty heavy..compared to windows 10
These are some of the highlights of their "skeletons in the closet" that needs to be addressed. And Im sure it wont be in windows 11.

[deleted post]iOS was always behind Android, meaning that iOS was the inspiration for Android. Now Microsoft gets massively inspired by MacOS. Not to mention that Windows itself was inspired by Mac in the first place as everybody knows that it was Apple who first introduced a window based OS at at time that there was only DOS on the other side.
