I'll just see how these lawsuits go, but IF Nokia's claim is true, Oppo will have to stop using Nokia's patents as they no longer have a right to do so.

im totally agreed with Nokia on this 100% & for those dont understand what patent is imagine someone is stealing & using your design without your permission on which you've put all your hard work & $$ onto it for years... How would you feel?? Angry? Annoyed?? So Nokia is doing what's right for them according to the law.

lol... at least that's how hmd nokia makes money. Their device's are the least profitable. owned nokia 6 and 7, which had failed batteries with in an year. Only good in external structure,But filled with cheap crappy internals. Into the club with LG.

Nokia seems going to the grave! It had a good chance of bouncing back. But somehow it could not succeed. It still has not come out with a good smart phone. What is its USP today, which had some years ago? People trusted for its reliability and battery backup. Now it has nothing of both. It is struggling to bring top spec machine for last 2-3 years. It failed. Nokia does not have timeline to bring out phones like apple, Google or Samsung.
If it can't manage, it should exist from mobiles. People expectations have exhausted
