I'm more curious about Zoom

We'll have to see how this Camera is gonna turn out, I'd rather scrap that 200MP bs with a more sensible MP count like 24MP or 50MP.

sixtymes, 12 Jul 2021if this info is true, I'm in for one. I think you believe in megapixel more than sensor size 😎

Mobilemaster, 12 Jul 2021If Samsung thinks that, they might do something about it. ... more I think pixel binning will work here. I personally don’t like binned sensor because this type of sensor unable to take bursts shots quickly. As a result also a slower night mode. And slow night mode means blurry photos

Nope, it wouldn't come first with their own new sensor. And what's the idea of the high megapixels, when it can't even be used in pro(manual) mode?

More of the same, I'm going to buy a s20 ultra and I'm going to stay with it until the pixel 6xl arrives, if it is not very expensive and I like it then I will change the samsung, if not I will continue with the s20 ultra that is enough for have it for several years

What is weird is that the Japanese brand has stopped making cameras! So why to partner with a dead company? Why not partnering up with Nikon or Canon? Or Fujifilm? This is the question here.

Mobilemaster, 12 Jul 2021Now, lets see if the rumors about 2 binning options will be... moreSecond "binning" like Huawei uses for Full HD video is software based, while Quadbayer/Nonacell is hardware.

4 or 9 Pixels that have filter of same colours are always together.
                            They do not "get together".

As far as I know, the future 200MP 1" isocell outputs 12.5MP photos, arrangement 16-1.

Um, is Olympus 'out of picture' already and this is desperate attempt to save name or are they so high end nowadays that only pro's know about them? Also, can be region based. I haven't seen Olympus camera for a decade I think. Nor heard anything about them.

You could get a lot of details from even from 50 MP. I think Samsung will explain this next year.

But with that being said, more megapixels give more details but why do they go with 200? Why not something more reasonable, around 50mp? The highest end full frame cameras today haven't even reached 100mp yet. Just think 200 feels overkill.

Olympus sucks. I used to own a digicam from them about 14 years ago and the photos were trash. Samsung should've teamed up with Canon, Nikon, or Panasonic.
