A pity that this doesn't have a chance to be applied on their phones, but good to see LG still has the influence in other ways.
Honestly I look forward to seeing this in rollable phones instead, despite seemingly more intended for foldables

- LG was much more popular in America continent compared to Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. In USA, most buy from carriers and OEMs sacrifice a lot of profits to keep it. In South America, flagship market is non-existent basically (except iphone).
- Since G5 fiasco, the % of flagships sold have faced huge drop. G3 and G4 sold more than 10 mi units each.
- most of sales have become K series and those cheap sub-$160 phones for carriers in USA. This brings almost no money because these phones are not as cheap to make as sub-$160 from China.
- LG did not want to give on markets where things were very bad to focus on places they had better situation, like other OEMs had done.
LG should have quit places like Oceania, Africa and Asia (except South Korea) to reduce operational costs. Focus on making less devices per year, no more than 5 or 6.
V60 is proof that is useless to try to undercut price of Samsung/Apple.
Device has some downgrades compared to V50, an attempt to reduce costs and they sold it for similar price of S20 FE.
All was in vain ....

2. No gap
3. Next to no crease
4. More dust proof
5. Easier to water proof
6. Big display even when it is closed
7. Phone form factor, not a TV controller
8. Most important of all, Cheaper because you need one instead of two displays and one instead of three camera systems
Disadvantages
1. Easily scratched (not any more)
2. More likely to break your display if you drop it.

Sad to say goodbye to LG and HTC. Soon we will say goodbye to Sony too sadly. On the other hand Samsung and Xiaomi are improving. Forget about lag. Their phones are stable now.
