Anonymous, 12 Sep 2021E3 is super amoled. E1 is AMOLED and onky capable of up to 500 - 600 nits and have only 500.000 : 1 contrast ratio and no HDR Support.
E2 is Super AMOLED capable of up to 800 nits and have 1 million to 1 contrast ratio and only supports HDR10. E2 is also more power efficient than E1. E2 is also thinner than E1.
E3 is Dynamic AMOLED capable of up to 1200 nits and 2 million to 1 contrast ratio and HDR10+. E3 is more power efficient than E2 and emits less blue light.
E4 is an higher end E3 with up to 1500 nits of brightness, 5 million contrast ratio, and 10 bit colours. E4 has less power drain than E3 and are thinner.
Now we are appproaching the age of E5 Amoled.
It promises same brightness and contrast ratio as E4. But is said to be more power efficient. And more importantly, they are LTPO panels

The pop up is NOT my favorite solution, I'd pick a phone with no front camera without hesitation, but since there is always someone to bring up "video calls" as if the 99.999% of other available smartphones with a front camera were not enough for them, pop up are simply the most viable, popular solution that was already done and proved to be good, worked and to sell well.
When I mention pop up by myself (not answering someone who did talk about it), it is almost always in a list where I also write other solutions, such as "bezels, pop up, flip up, slider, no front camera".
The reason why I talk so much about pop up in general is simply because I defend niche/rare idea that are worth doing, all of them, but that there is a huge unjustified and almost supernatural hate toward the pop up on top of a lot of totally false and completely debunked myths about it that are often written down.
Which actually prove that I am not the one obsess with wanting a pop up but some beings obsess about it disappearing.
Because apparently, having a market where everyone can find what they like isn't enough when you can have EVERY SINGLE device perfectly matching your own preferences and the trend...
What I want is privacy, which do include not having a camera constantly pointed at my face, and having no awful holes/dent on my display, that no other market than smartphone ever did and will ever do as it is a totally stupid idea.
And pop up are a great way to get to that, and as I said, out of all the alternatives, except bezels who require to put a camera cover yourself, it is the most popular, the most sold solution that was put on the most number of different phone.

Never buy Vivo phones. Expensive phones that will get no or just one Android upgrade. All the fancy hardware will be useless in a year. Of course, vivo will want you to buy a new phone again every year. Waste of money.

Between the three, the Pro+ definitely piques my interest. I'm not sure if this year's vanilla and Pro variant is a significant upgrade over last year's model. The X70 Pro+, by contrast, is definitely a straightforward upgrade over the X60 Pro+ despite a weird change for the 2x zoom telephoto camera. But would I buy one despite the Pro+ being my preferred choice? Probably not.
