All the problems I mentioned about MIUI are from my newly purchased Redmi Note 10.

It may be running miui but that won't be full-fledged miui. Buy any Xiaomi phone whic are in mid range, upper mid range or premium, you will know how good it is.

Whatever be the name, it would be a BBK bloatware OS in reality.

I use Redmi phones for 4 years now (since MIUI 9 I believe) so I know how things turned over.
Making blind assumptions is also a form of stupidity.

Some of the bugs I have:
1. Sometimes nav bar goes away
2. Horizontal recents doesn't work
3. Glitches while unlocking
4. Sometimes sound comes from top speaker instead of ear piece during calls
The RAM management in MIUI is terrible. I used Redmi 5a (2GB RAM) with custom ROM. I get worse RAM management on my Redmi Note 10. Apps keep clearing on the background even when I have free RAM.
The main reason is the loads of background processes that MIUI has. They keep on running and hog the RAM.
Everytime I install an app, security app tries to scan it. Even a basic app like calculator wants multiple permissions (using alternative apps now).
The UI is not polished and the text scaling and icon sizing are nowhere near optimal (if you change them up a bit you'll notice).
The most irritating thing is, new updates fix some bugs and brings in a load of new bugs and glitches.
I'm just waiting for the warranty period to be over. Then I'm going to flash custom ROM.

We can use Xiaomi Fastboot tool and booooom u can remove all bloatware from ur phone without root .in my k20 pro not a single bloatware available . MIUI Rocks 😎😎

This good actually. As you have the best of both worlds. I have heard very positive remarks about oxygen. And I have heard increasingly very positive remarks about Color OS. I think this is welcoming news and good for the industry and user experience. That is a good move. As anything to do with OPPO is very very good.

Hope Realme also unify and benefit from this and ffs roll-out updates quicker and with fixes not bugs and things that break basic usage of phone!
