Only Apple can make a truly bezel less smartphone because of patented no chin display, that bends inwards to create no chin. IPhone 14 may have punch hole with no chin that will surpass every other android phone.
In future iPhone with under display camera or pop up camera, along with in display fp or side mounted fp device will be the only truly bezel less smartphone.

*Locked and non-customisable OS.
*Huge notch that you like it or not, and no official/included notch hiding feature.
*No fingerprint scanner.
*No 3.5mm Jack.
*Extremely limited number of available devices.
*No SD Cards.
*No IR.
*240FPS limited slow mo.
*Bluetooth 5.0 when 5.2 is available and bring audio related BT update (a shame for a brand who started the Jack ditching for the sake of BT audio).
*Expensive.
Let's be clear, I am not anti-Apple, and I usually don't criticize their products more than any other Android one, however you can't say that it is for everyone and there are no need whatsoever to buy Android as many Android phones still bring other options that Apple doesn't.
This list contained things you may want or even need.
In my case, if you give me the choice between the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the Poco F2 Pro, I'll take the iPhone and instantaneously sell it and buy a Poco F2 Pro with the money and save the leftover, and if I can't sell, I'll take the Poco F2 Pro which is the closest available to my ideal phone.
Others might gladly keep the iPhone, others will take an S21 instead, others will take the latest Huawei, Sony, Xiaomi, etc
And each one will give you valid reasons to do so.
The same way I perfectly know that the Poco F2 Pro is NOT for everyone for many reasons, you should know that it is the same for any iPhones.

T... moreYes, unfortunately Sony is now only available in certain regions but they are still making some very interesting phones. I remember the XZ-1 Compact, and wanted to buy one. It was discontinued by then, but it's one really nice phone. It's a real shame that they stopped making such phones anymore. There is the ZenFone 8 though, with an LED for notifications still present but design is still nothing like an Xperia

I've got an XZ-1 Compact that is in need of replacement, but alas I'm going to have to look at other brands. A massive shame, they even have the notification LED on their new Xperias. Ya know, all the useful and cool stuff Android used to have until the majority of phones became homogenised.
