Dislike or not you still ca write hate comment under the video into a commentary section.
But soon or later will be hidden between tons of other good or bad comments and reviews.

Youtube conveniently hiding dislikes from all the propaganda type videos pushed on their platform as the audience can easily tell which video to trust or not to trust, based on dislikes.

YouTube has gone to shit ever since they started monetizing people and getting them paid to make shitty clickbait content, 2012 and 2013 were good with the monetized channels still on somewhat of a limit but after 2014 it is just worse and worse bullshit. That's why I adblock this stuff, if someone makes content that isn't bullshit I will donate to them
