Funny fact ...
The ones that say 4K is waste of time on phone screen are the same that want highest graphics possible for games on same phone screen.

I will SO get an Sony Xperia Pro-I next year. A worthy companion next to my Note20 Ultra. Not the weak excuse for a flagship that Samsung is trying to screw up with the S22 Ultra.

I had s10e and now i have s10 , the both have the same gpu , the same cpu , the same dynamic amoled ,the difference is the resolution 1080p vs 1440p and the difference is there , if you play a quality graphichs game the difference is big .

What defines 4K is not the 2160, it is size of the other size.
There is no 4K 21:9 without crop.
Movie industry uses 🎥 that record 17:9, then many movies are cropped to 21:9.

Still annoys me that 4k is measured along the long side. Every other resolution is measured on the short. By those rules 1080p is in fact 2k.
