Even SD855 can handle FHD@240Hz screens. LOL !!!
All phones above $400 should use only Snapdragon. Even iphones.

No one needs mmwave outside of the US and, even there, it's only available in a few very small areas. Mali graphics has improved substantially and may even outperform Adreno given how bad the SD chip is prone to throttling.

Majority of provider don't really care about mmWave
Because mmWave can't travel pass rain, snow, smoke, fog, glass, concrete, tree.
It's nice to have, but not really useful.
