In the meantime, the width of phones changed as follows: 51.7, 64.2, 62, 75.8, 79.2, 76.1 and lastly, 75.8 mm.

So, your "rules" is just YOUR small fingers. Dont be a person with small fingers complex. Get over it and buy a small phone.

                  Period.

We should stop buying any phone without the 3.5mm jack and the SD card slot. If enough people stop buying garbage phones, maybe the brands will finally realize they need to bring those features back.
Until then, Sony is the only brand to go for.
Sorry Samsung, you ditch features, I ditch you like old socks!

I mean I get what you say, if you are getting great hardware with xiaomi but want to have the best software possible.
I use to flash roms but only factory roms from other countries that were for my device, never a cusom rom.
apart from way back on my galaxy s3 with cyanogen mod, I think it was called.

but other than that I purely just rooted my windows devices to chinese rom from the eu / global version

Personally, I don't consider my self a fanboy of any brands, but I guess Google would be the closest one. I use any products and I'm always drawn to something that offers a lot of value for the money. What turned me off from Xiaomi is when they stopped making smaller phones.

Bloat can be dealt with fairly easily, but 2 things that kill my experience on their stock ROMs are how lockscreen notifications are removed after unlocking your phone and their extreme overaggressive power management. My Realme Q3 Pro also has no way to completely disable beauty mode in the camera. I've ran custom ROMs on Xiaomi phones, but it's always a mixed bag. I've also had the Pixel 3a, 4a and 5a and these have all offered great experiences with almost no compromises. 4a was perfect for me, probably my favorite phone of all time. 3a, outdated design was my only complaint. 5a, size is my only complaint (it's too big).

Mircea, 22 Nov 2021Well, my Pixel drops completely the apps from memory, if I ... moreMy apps don't freeze, they continue running in the background.
