      Also, look at GSMA's battery tests.

      The only thing making the moto g9 power score much higher than the iPhone is because it has like 40 hours more call time, which in real life, doesn't actually matter.

      If the web browsing and video playback time added together were different by a long margin compared to the g9 power, what you just said would be true.

      Issue is, they're essentially the same.

      Plus, theyre's another source here: mrwhosetheboss. In his battery test, he proved that the iPhone 13 pro can keep up with most flagships and the 13 pro max can beat them:

                      You see the moto G9 Power, and why it's ranked so high? Its because of the talk time.

                      GSMA counts talk time, web browsing AND video playback equally, which just isn't representative of real life scenarios. They both tie in video playback and web browsing, which are far more important in daily life.

                        The 13 promax is ranked somewhere around 60th there. And that's with running less apps in 120hz mode than the androids.

                        Mrwhoisnoboss just compares with a handful of mainstream devices. Comparing the 13 promax brandnew, agains the already a bit battery degraded samsungs from half a year ago, well...
                        And then you really need to make sure that every app has the same refresh rate on all devices, which he probably didn't.

                          Apple doesn't provide that much customization because they know that for most users, too much customization can be confusing. They just want a streamlined experience, and don't like the hassle of choosing everything.

                                    All that great battery life is if you are strictly using 4g.
                                    Try running your iPhone on 5g, it will be 1/3rd battery life performance compared to 4g.

                                    Don't worry..... you won't see Youtubers exposing this... Otherwise they won't get a free sample from Apple next year. But ask anyone using iPhone on 5g and they'll tell you how quickly it sucks up all the juice.
