Im eagerly waiting for Mi 12X. Compact screen compared to Mi 11x (indian variant) having poor cameras and some issues with proximity sensor. Otherwise Mi 11x was superb from build quality to full of specs. MIUI is always with bugs...SD870 is more than enough.

Phone's design is kinda meh. I was about to say that the design of Mi 11 is better, but the one phone to really nail design was the Mi 11 Lite, that was the best designed Xiaomi phone i've seen in years. But yeah, the specs are pretty great.

6.28-inch is a joke ...The biggest issue with small phones is the screen size, and actually the typing experience.

I am so disappointed, those pricing for the sm... moreFor S22, the leaked battery size would be significantly smaller than what it is in the S21 now, and the new Samsung-AMD cpu/gpu can really soak up that small battery. Therefore, I am leaning towards to the S21 now. However, I was extremely hopeful avout 12X and 12, but for me water resistant body for both models (12 & 12X) and missing of wireless charging in the 12X is a big deal breaker. I dont even talk about the prices cuz where I live and mainly in Europe, Xiaomi always sells their flagship phones with the highest price possible when they launched, but then after 2 months drops significantly. So, for me the orice would have been the waiting reason but unfortunately it is not...

Even my dad's old 2014 Samsung Note 4 works better with custom ROM than its original stock ROM. I can say that because I still have it. I even do some console emulation on it and it still shows solid performance with minimal lag. Not everyone is in a rush to get the very latest smartphone chipset.

Because I have a Snapdragon 820 phone with custom A11 Rom, and I would say it's not that slower than a Snapdragon 865/870 phone with MIUI, OneUi and so on. I don't play games, so I don't know about that, because I consider 'gaming' on phones is just garbage.

Seems like Snapdragon 870 is still here to stay for a little longer. Not that I have any complaints about it since it is still a competent chipset to this day. As for the 12 Pro ultrawide and telephoto camera, I don't think there has ever been a 50MP camera sensor with a 1.28µm pixel size before. I wonder who made those camera sensors.

4fon, 28 Dec 2021So, the Poco F3 is still better than the Poco F4(12X) ?Mate 12 bit screen and so on, its only cost saving is not using the new soc from Qualcomm, 12X is otherwise a very decent xiaomi 12 for those who don't care for the new soc(and its potential heat issues)

Y'all are being too sensitive, most of you don't even use 50% of what you wrote here. These 12 series are literally amazing and that's coming from me who doesn't like Xiaomi at all.
I like 12 Pro even tho it's huge but i wouldn't mind that, specs are amazing and i hope the chipset is better than previous one and doesn't act like an oven. :D
Waiting for S22 to see what it will bring to the table.
