The G100 comes with the SD615 chip?! Even my Moto from 2019 comes with the SD632... Something isnt right here, that chip is at least 5+ years old

An0n, 05 Jan 2022It's wrong. It should be SD 662, then again, who cares... moreI‘d care because if they did that, that would truly be special (not in a positive way of course because the SD 615 was bad and overheated)

There is no way a 2022 smartphone would use a 2014 chipset.

SD 615 (2015) is older than HMD (2017) themselves

Akashraj, 05 Jan 2022Redmi 6A launched with Mediatek A22 in 2018 for around 100$... moreDo you know why they fail? First, they are overpriced. Look at the 2020 LG Velvet which was priced at $600-$700 and still have a midrange interior and outdated design. The $900 LG V60 ThinQ still has a FHD+ 60hz screen with a teardrop even tho the performance was good. And that innovation is also an advantage, instead of building a brand reputation, they are just known for being 'innovative' and some of those are useless and not even done right.

I can't say for your claims in markets other than India. But yes, trasHMD is "killing" literally everyone with a massive, mind boggling, record breaking 0.6% market share

Quite an achievement on trasHMD's part as far as destroying the name of Nokia is considered.

P.S: The market share in 2018 was >4% which fell down to 1.38% by the end of 2019 in India.
