All of you rewarding A15 keep in mind it's using 4W of power/heat with these scores, while S8 Gen1 is using 3W! For reference S865 was using 1.9W and was the best ever highend mobile CPU.
A14/A12 are even worse and using more than 4W.
A13 is exceeding 5W!

It's hard to see that Exynos chipset on other smartphone brands than Samsung and Samsung themselves have their own software optimization algorithm. I'll wait until any smartphone brands utilize both Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Dimensity 9000 in the same model lineup. That would be a much fairer test since you are locked to the same smartphone brand with the same Android OS skin and same software optimization algorithm. Vivo themselves already done that with the X70 Pro and X70 Pro+ as the former use Dimensity chipset whereas the latter use Snapdragon chipset. If Vivo can continue doing that with the X80 series, that could be an interesting battle to watch.

"Dimensity 9000 is not officially out yet and it was able to beat snapdragon". To be honest with you I didn't see that coming, I know snapdragon is bad but didn't thought it is that bad. I'm afraid it's game over for Qualcomm unless it start to manufacture heater appliances.
