AnonD-97155, 05 Jan 2013Every minute??....say abt no sd card, non removable battery... moreIt's not marketing problem.
It's the problem of not taking care the existing customers, and ignoring feedback from the customers.
HTC Droid DNA could be a perfect phone if it has removable battery or 30-50% more battery and microSD slot. Why Samsung is so successfully because many like these two important features.

Every minute??....say abt no sd card, non removable battery but releasing phones every minute is Samsung thing....do u know how many phones Sam released this year alone....when they used galaxy name for their Android phones ,they have taken it literally by releasing phones like stars in a galaxy....and as for the updates Sam is no different...they only release for Their current flag ships Just like htc....still no jb for note1 and s2....

HTC quailty is good but poor specifications.
In HTC one x and one s, non remove able battery and not expandable memory make HTC failier. HTC new Desire series dont have dual camera, there is mobile with dual camera and dual sim at better price from samsung and sony. HTC also neet to improve its battery life

HTC is a bit autistic regarding user feedback, they keep launching mobiles with 1500mAh with 1 day stanby....My Siemens A50 was holding a charge 3 days 10years ago....Shame no one listens to HTC customers....Changed to Lenovo Dual Sim and proud of it, got tired of charging my device daily, just because Chou feels that all users want that....Hell no, look at Philips mobile phones stand-by....

They don't listen to customers and compromise too much. Would it really kill them to actually freaking listen to customers and improve batter life/add memory expansion/ etc.?
Seriously. I was a really huge fan of HTC in the past when they had great phones but now any new phone of HTC that I see really irritates me. I'm disappointed. And sad. HTC Sense, at least to me, really is an amazing user interface. The lack of memory expansion and non-removable battery really killed it for me.
If they're never going to listen and fit their phones with batteries that last, at least allow for removable batteries so users can swap/use third-party batteries. I'm just so sad. They even think users prefer design over battery life. I'm just.... *face-palm*

They seriously need to stop releasing phones like every minute, have a better product software upgrade plan, memory expansion, a removable battery and better battery life.
No memory expansion and non-removable battery are serious deal-killers for me. Before phones like the One X (which do not have memory expansion) I have always been on HTC's side. Not anymore. I was forced to migrate. What a shame. The One series really isn't bad. The Sense UI is a treasure.
And please don't tell people how 32GB is enough for you. It's the reason why you even have the HTC phone in the first place. Different people have different needs. We're talking about the power users here.

iPhones with limited memory and irreplaceable battery it does sell like hot cakes.. so don't push HTC to unreasonable degree... HTC is doing well but the problem is they are not visible in most places in the world like their competitors. no wonder why the CEO said marketing strategy is what needs to be improved... no need to hammer HTC especially if don't use it. be honest One Series was the best and how can I omit Butterfly and Droid DNA...
HTC for life no matter what..
