We have to live with it no other option is there.
By the way having Mi 11 lite 5G and have no problems with my phone.
Couldnt say same for some other brands.
MUI is fine at least it havent as much bloatware as Samsung UI or some other brands.
When comes to UI stock android by Motorola or Nokia is the best. And then Oxygen OS the closes thing to stock android.
Sony is a fine brand but too much overpriced.
For same price other companies gives a lot better devices with less stupid addons like GG glass or IP6X rating where a screen cover and water resistant case does same tricks for much less money.

Anything with SAR of less than 2.00 is alowed by EU.
Glass will me Oled or Amoled in other brands phones for same price with much netter specs. Dont know what you talking about build materials will be good enough too.

the current price suggest that there is enough space for another model in the row becuase discrepancy between xperia 10 and 5 is to significant.

What the 10iv needs most of all is a camera hardware upgrade. I'd like to see the Sony IMX363 with OIS for the main cam to ramp up low light performance, plus some improved AI for better dynamic range. I've no problem with keeping the SD690 SOC, which in reality is more than adequate for the vast majority of users.

The past 3 Xperia 10 phones have all looked nice, but they are using an under powered SoC and poor camera every time. IMO these are the main 2 things you should not be cutting on for the price because it makes the value proposition DOA.

Specs worse than Xia... moreAnd I still won't buy either one. I used to be in the Xiaomi bandwagon and never again. The whole software is beyond joke and I really don't like how the phone starts to slow down just after one year of use. My current Xperia 10 ii is still going strong to this day.
And btw, looks worse than Redmi 9A? Man, the Redmi 9A looks exactly the same any other smartphones with notch, flagship or not.

I hope are just rumors, regarding the chipset and battery size. This phone looks even worse than Xperia 10 III, taking in consideration is 2022.

It seems very unlikely to me that they'll use such an old processor again.
Love Sony phones though. They're so practical and still look professional and slick to use.

Sony should keep the 690/695 chipset to the 10IV Lite, and use 778/780 chipset for this 10IV.
Better segmentation of phones in different tiers that way, since the 5 & the 1 are reserved for flagship.
Why Sony stubbornly refuses to use the 778/780 is unknown...

If this sell cheaper that last years model Id pick this up. Also this is better than the dump SD695 that cant record 4k vids so good choice Sony! Hoping they release this early than the end of the year.
