Now they just need to pull out of the budget sector too. They make phones more shitty than Huawei and Motorola and dupe unsuspecting costumers with buggy firmware and no camera stabilization

I had a Nokia 6.1 and it was a great device. Also one of the most durable smartphones ever build quality wise.

HMD, you should pull out from the business too.

I applaud Nokia for this really. I think they shine in the mid range marker. I just hope they have some good smartphones which can still be powerful but affordable at the same time. That would be great as I miss their smartphones.

Windows had a lot of promise. They just didn't push it enough. Didn't collaborate enough with the app creators and not enough own applications.

                          Affordable price tags???

I guess they mean this literally: as in sell phones that have bottom end hardware that barely runs the OS for cheap. Since as far as bang for buck is concerned, the other side of affordability, Nokia has lost its way several years ago with no improvement in sight. Nokia middle end phones have been more expensive or lower spec'd than comparable phones from other brands for a long time now.

The vast majority of people doesn't care about high end phones anyway, so that's no great loss, you have the tiny 1% that can afford it and the other 10% that is spending way more than they can afford just to be able to hang with the 'cool kids' and pretend they got it all while working themselves into a nice debt pit if they manage the rest of their finances equally valiantly.

Good, so at least they won't embarrass themselves by releasing crap flagships.

Nokia has made some great phones Nokia 6,nokia8.3and xr20 all very well built ...)nokia8.3 being a semi flagship) whilst not the best specs ...but still very well priced and built to last and cost a lot less than Samsung ,iPhone and no bloatware...

Get the basics right . Like AMD . They knew they can't compete in mobile CPU market against Intel so, they made what they are really good at ... desktop CPUs . And now look at them !!

Funny how people here have predicted Nokia's death month after month for almost 5 years, and still they are here, making profit.

It seems you suck even more than Nokia sucks at making phones!
