      What's going on? First OnePlus now samsung is throttling cpu since day 1? Previously they waited atleast months before slowing down cpu, but now they just hate it if we experience blazing fast performance of newer CPUs. Weird, since we are paying for it, not begging.

            But, they should definitely bring back the chargers in the box, that's just a money milking move.
            As for the prices, the Galaxy S8 was 800€ when it launched in 2017, so 850€ for the Galaxy S22 is not excessive to me, the only real downgrades are display resolution(S6 to S20 were 1440p), no more 3.5mm jack and microSD slot(some people probably used the heart rate and spO2 sensor).
            But there have been improvements in chipset(node, CPU and GPU power, faster storage and RAM, ISP, connectivity like 5G and Wi-Fi 6 etc), display(brightness, refresh rate, efficiency, more correct HDR playback), bigger main camera sensor, more camera lenses(ultra wide, telephoto) and 4k60+8k video recording, bigger selfie camera sensor and 4k60 video recording, stereo speakers, bigger batteries and faster charging(even if it's slow compared to the Chinese brands), reverse wireless charging.

                This was their intention not mistake. The fix came after the truth was reveal by the customer, not that they admit by themselves.

                  At Samsung has the humility to come out and apologize, and then there is OnePlus who released a buggy Oxygen OS 12 with no shame.

                      South korea is one of the most corrupt and criminally lead countries in the western world.
                      S korea only exists because the americans decided to look the other way when it came to korean family y mafias, such as samsung.
                      A few decades ago, his bidy would be found in a day or two, now they get away with just resigning in disgrace at getting caught.
                      Another reason ive aviided samsung devices as much as possible for decades and onmy use second hand stuff, because at least tgen, samsung dont get a penny of my money, and its only 3 samsung devices ill ever own, note 4 edge, cos its rare, note 7 fe, cos its rare, standard note 4,cos they make good, cheap daily y phones if rooted and flashed to later android versions,£30-£60 from ebay uk, my latest one is running havoc os, based on stock 10,works fine.
                      Will try lineage too soon + plenty of other roms to try.

Everyone is raving about Genshin Impact and CoD mobile. No one checks just scores there, people look at framerate. How no one spotted this throttling there? Or make big deal out of it?

                          Same for head to head comparisons inside apps where they record phones side by side and compare how fast they are. Surely someone would spot the issue there...

                                  With Gos samsung phones cant consume more than 5W, S21 ultra did this too. Thats why they had good battery life compare to competition.
