the only problem with gaming phones with snapdragon 888 and 8 gen 1 is life span, most gaming phone with 855 and 845(rog 1 2,bs1 2) died from prolong usage of high temp it weakens the ic chip and make the solder connection broken, add another problem that 888 and 8 gen 1 is hotter than 845 and 855 also def will kill your battery life span faster

the 5 pro is basically a redmi k50 gaming with upgraded camera and a bit bigger vapor chamber (roughly 10% area) , anyway the review on k50 gaming edition sustained performance is a bit meh ,except if xiaomi unlock performance on this phone

No headphone jack... how am I going to play then, in short session before either battery dies? Using crappy USB-C headphones, or worse yet, a dongle? And how do I play while using headphones and having a charger plugged in?
Oh, wait, yes! I just use a Switch, which has a 3.5mm jack!

Mobile gaming is the best. To be able to hold a gaming device like a hand held console pad is awesome. More immersive than some keyboard and mouse.

Xiaomi please make that 120 GaN charger with US and EU plugs as well! 🙏 The RS isn't much of a looker but the other 2 are some of the best looking gamer-centric products I've ever seen. I'm not much of a mobile gamer nor do I like big phones, but I still love what Xiaomi / Black Shark / Tencent have done here. The prices are also quite reasonable.

With makers charging sky high prices for measly internal storage, complaints about sd cards, Android's silly treatment with expandable storage etc, this might pave the way for new games.
Go buy a non gaming phone and leave this to the actual gaming crowd.

It's one of the most sought after phones 7.1" active triggers decent screen Resolution unlike most of these other gaming phones which are all garbage. And yes if somebody has when I will gladly trade you my note 20 ultra for it
