We also saw Exynos 1280 on A53 being overall worse than last years snap778(and a lot worse compared to dimensity 1200).

If the 2022 MacBook air or the 13 pros don't come with the m2 chip 😤 😒 That will be a big disappointment for me. Because was looking forward to the new m2 chip with better Performance and battery efficiency over the very old m1😢😭.So now I have waited another year for the m2 to be released.😩😫Hopefully this is only speculation and the m2 released this year and I won't go into a deep depression so fingers crossed😅😂😊

Day by day they violate more and more of user privacy and push more and more ads and bloatware. Mind you that only way to get a truly ad free experience is using host based ad blocking which needs root!

With regards to Snapdragon and Exynos, that's only relevant with Samsung phones. TSMC is always better than Exynos but unfortunately Samsung doesn't allow rooting or modding on their Snapdragon devices. It's not Qualcomm or TSMC's fault, it's Samsung's fault if anything. Other phones using Snapdragon can be rooted without any problem.

As simple as unlocking the bootloader already imposes disfunctionalities in the device, how much worse would it be if the user were somehow able to successfully install a custom ROM (which I doubt many people are still interested in doing so these days) without bricking the device in the process?

The Mongoose cores in the Exynos are so good that Samsung decided to abandon them in exchange for the "inferior" ARM standard Cortex architechtural core designs. How funny.

Were they putting Snapdragons in them, then that's what we would have, were they giving consumers the choice (which they don't do in any market as far as I am aware), then 99% of the time the response would be 'I don't care, just give me my smartphone!'
