I have two A series phone A51s and A52 but both phone working fine within 1.5 year then now both started slow down and sometimes hang and sometimes hang when incoming call

Samsung s20plus has screen problem just after one year, if an expensive phone develops problem just after one year, customers lose confidence in expensive phone. I was planning to buy s22 plus but when my s20plus screen suddenly showing green line and Samsung failed to address this issue and cost of screen is 16000 ! I may shift to iPhone. Although I m a Samsung fan. Why not Samsung recall all s20plus which has screen problem to restore confidence in the brand.

even a kid would know that was going to happen. because every single week, for years now, samsung releases a new phone for different countries. and theres also the waste of natural resources that were used in these phones. 50-100 years from now when we lack natural resources, imagine realizing they were wasted to produce samsung A10 LOL ahahahah

Doesnt surprise me at all. Very hard to deal with. And you have be very cautious where you purchase their items. I made a purchase while in the military. They never disclosed that features would not work in the USA. They make different products on the inside depending lon where they sell them. But use the same name for the product worldwide. And I found out a simple firmware change would allow the product to function but they will not do it. Found other products just as good for half the price. They have been playing off the name for a long time. I now avoid ANY Samsung product. They arent living up to their name and quality anymore

I recently bought A13. Went for Aseries over M series paying almost 20—30% premium. It turns out to be one of the worst phone. Horrible user experience.

I am glad I saw this article, I was set on buying samsung phone, but never Norway. Have samsung TV, technician told me I needed new TV, only 3 yrs old
They are going to give me a new cable box today. Hope it works.

It's because Samsung India Delhi Customer Care Sucks. A bunch of LIERS pavked together under ine brand. I bought a Samsung M31 in Oct'21. Amazon bunduled a refurbished unit. Placed a refund, but instead rec'd a replacement and this time the software was faulty. Several calls to customer care went jnto a loop and till date my issue's not been resolved. I'm going in for a new one, but SAMSUNG is a big NO NO. Even if I got a it for free, I wouldn't look at Samsung ever again. Bloody cheaters of the 1st order.

I reckon one of the reason of not buying samsung phones due to customer service which I found it super poor, they have different variant. Samsung dealers in some part of the world are shit ...

I think they should give some decent discounts on it so more people buy it. The Galaxy A53 & A73 cost as much as a flagship from 2018 in country. Or in other words they are absurdly expensive and no one buys them here!

I bought a Galaxy A5 2017 when it launched and remember it feeling very premium with all glass body, IP68 rating, headphone jack; even if the CPU wasn't the fastest, the phone was smooth.
Nowadays the A series feels like cheap plastic trash sold for top dollar. Hope Samsung gets a clue.

It's a demand and supply matters, the demand is more you sell it for high price, if the demand is less and you less it for less price... Qoute the phone price less than the phone present in the market, with the same specifications... People will show some interest to buy the samsung phones..

Samsung is by far the best product. However certain factors affect their sales.
The first is low MAh Batteries which require frequent charging, second their fragile models and lastly the price of their handsets and replacements.
For example; I bought an S9 model a year ago that had both, frontal and rear cover breakage. The price of replacement of the two equal to a new handset!
Do they still think I will recommend the handset to anyone?

My current phone launched with Android 8 in 2018, now it has stopped at Android 10. I can tell you that with every new OS update, the phone slows down a bit. I'm glad that my phone did not continue to take me to Android 12, or I would have to switch to a new device. I changed the battery myself in 2021 and everything else is still going strong.
More Android updates does not equal longer life for your device. The only thing that wears out fast in your device is the battery. The software should be kept as stock as possible to the one that the phone launched with.
