Like for example, Xiaomi getting certain discount on Snapdragon chipsets if they exclusively use them instead of mixing and matching them with Mediatek.

More phones with mediatek are shipped early than phones with qualcomm. They make all Apple chips and Kirin is gone.
Guess who's gonna make 8g2 and 8g3? Yes, tsmc ...
Qualcomm has chose samsung lately because of better price.
8+ is about 20% more expensive than 8g1.

They only released one Qualcomm phone(SD615). Their flagships in those years were powered by Exynos and mid-tiers/entries powered by MTK.
Also Qualcomm and Xiaomi did not get along well when the latter tried to establish low-cost Redmi phones back in 2013 since Xiaomi decided to use MT6589 instead of Qualcomm SD 200 series. (Ah, those shi**y rebranded S4 play quad-core-Cortex-A5)
Xiaomi even wanted to alliance with NVDA.

Look at their sh**ty 400&600 series, they rebrand as much as some Chinese phone brands. Qualcomm DID know the situation so they released 780/778 which is much more capable than 765/750...

No. Both are proved to be the worst efficient architecture ever. Even old as f architecture used in s855 has advantage over them.
