Obviously it cannot be done on a phone since the settings are hard-locked, but a game rendering at 120FPS (or any FPS higher than 60 really) on a 60Hz screen IS better, since it lowers the latency and removes the "sluggish" feeling of rendering locked 60FPS on a 60Hz screen. It sounds like you never even experienced unlocked framerate gaming, then post a dumb comment just because you "haven't experienced it, so it's true for anyone else!"

After using a phone for for 3 years, the last thing I would care of is a re-sell value, let alone a good one. I don't buy to sell, because after three years, my phones are usually scratched up, and worn out almost completely, since I often use my phones without a case. So there's no point in selling it then, instead I toss it away and get rid of it. And if it still works, then I use it as a music player and call it iPod

                                  Clearly market doesn’t think like that based on the Android flagship sales.

                                  Also resell value for Android phones is very poor because who would like to buy phone which is outdated when they buy it. I sold my 11 Pro last year and next person can still enjoy years with it having newest OS inside, and yeah i got paid well!

Except hyper optimized buttery smooth OS with industry leading long term support, ecosystem that you can actually call one and not just bunch of random features that people think is "ecosystem", industry leading chipsets that have been a benchmark for several years and overall well rounded rest of hardware that's not exceptional on paper, but it just works well and does the job. You mean all these things we don't get?
