No Surprises there, moving from Samsung 8 nm to TSMC 4 nm process alone will yield 2x.
Samsung 8nm was a slightly better if not equal to the TSMC 10nm process

I know its an older card but I radder stick to my 215Watt RTX 2070 Super.
450W is a little to much for my liking, especialy these days.
