The key point is to perfect a technology to achieve its full potential in all places instead of hastily jumping to and hyping up 5G for example when 4G is capable of 1Gbps which is more than good enough if every single person connected can make use of such speed.
Also do you think every network generation does not go through the same tower installation process over and over again?
