It's also rooted with custom ROM kernel and changed voltage settings and CPU threshold and overclocked gpu from 900mhz too 1200mhz , it's running at 15w , TWP doesn't bother me att all because I carry slim 4000mah powerbank

Thermal management and power consumption is something very important.
Tensor used 2 X1 cores and that's not an exemple of stability.
Tensor used G78mp20 and after a couple of minutes, some games runs better on a Dimensity 1200 with a G77mp9

Interesting that MTK decided to keep the clocks as in the D9000.
Also wonder what ARM compared the X3 against to claim +25% improved performance and MKT announcing "only" 12%.

Amomus, 08 Nov 2022Now Samsung users wants Dimensity 9200 instead Qualcomm , a... moreOne thing that would turn me away from Qualcomm are graphics drivers that you can download and install and use the developer options to select what driver you want to use for each app. My Galaxy A51 got an update that updated the graphics driver that improved geekbench GPU scores by around 400 points. Since there is room for improvement, I want to update to the latest one on the website but I can't without root or something. I can't find Adreno drivers anywhere but Adreno tends to be more optimized for Emulation. That's why I prefer it. MediaTek or ARM needs to work on updatable drivers or to open source them so they can actually get fixed for emulation or people can fork special buids that are designed for it. Some apps like the Turnip build of AetherSX2 come with drivers built in but most don't. Most just rely on what is active in the system and they are usually very outdated.
