So it seems like Samsung is dropping Qualcomm chips for it's own + mediateck. Mobile cpus are already very fast, if you can only calibration it to their maximum potential then you don't need to make new cpus every year.

I don't really understand why they're adding ray tracing here. Many AAA RT games still run at half or 1/4 resolution, are they going to run it at 1/64 the resolution here?
Can someone explain it to me?
An AI accelerated image reconstruction would be much more useful considering how power limited these chips are and how high resolution phone displays have become.

How does the Xperia 1 III and IV works in 4k ... moreI believe for majority of tasks the Sonys run at 1080P or QHD at 120Hz and then run at 4K@60fps when displaying media (movies etc…) they do not sit at 4K all the time.
From Xperia 1 IV review:

Samsung brand is far more valuable compared to small brands like Snapdragon+ Exynos and by putting popular samsung brand, Qualcomm will get more recognition.

And I see gaming heading into more cloud streaming like music and movies/TV did since files will be too large to hold them.
Our current iPhone flagships are already more powerful than PS4 from 9 years ago. I just hate that Apple doesn't let emulators in their app store. With Android, you just download them and the ROMs and you're set.
Too bad because iPhones make better retro gaming emulation devices than Androids that's usually 1-2 years behind in SoC performance.

1 Prime is normal as usual, but 4 Performance and 3 Efficiency? That is quite an interesting setup. I really want to see if Qualcomm got the thermal management fully right this time around.
P.S I really can't wait to see what Sony can do with this SoC for its Heat Suppression power control feature.

I do hope it doesnt overheat like the the first one coz i was planning on buying blackshark 5 pro or Samsung s22 ultra but the overhearting just made me pass on it
