Anonymous, 24 Nov 2022thats why since last year Qualcomm always throw away sd460.... more7G2 and this will probably be sold concurrently. QC need to make use of their 6nm. 7G2 will probably be more mainstream when 8G3 move to 3nm.

Anonymous, 24 Nov 20224 gen 1 and 2 are less than half as powerful as this chip thats why since last year Qualcomm always throw away sd460.480.and sd 695 aka rebrand sd680.and this 778 variant.after their warehouse empti they will release a true new gen cpu like 4gen1.6gen1.7gen2.etc.

and this 778+/782 should be replaced by 7gen2 since 7gen1 failed.
why? because the price will justified it

          pov: you have 780g

4K HDR recording is worth nothing to me if you can't do it in 4K60.

Sounds like this is just a crappy version of the 780G - I could excuse the 780G for not having 4k60 on a midrange Xiaomi phone (since that's the only phone they used the chip on), but there's absolutely no excuse why they couldn't include it on the 782G. It should be much more powerful than the 765, after all.
