    6.5 sounds like perfect size for a smartphone these days. 6.1 is perfectly usable with one hand though 6.5 gives that little bit of oomph regarding watching YouTube or streaming services

        For me it's 6.1 or below. If I really need larger screen, I would opt for tablet instead.

              I use A52. 6.5 inch was a little large for me at first but I got used to it quickly. Though it isn't pocket friendly but a joy to use and watch videos. My dad's iPhone 7 is too small for me and my eyes got tired soon. In bus I don't carry my phone in my hands. I just connect tws earbuds and my Mi Band 6. It is really easy to change songs and immerse yourself into music. For size I think everything from 6 inch to 6.7 inch is good. But keep in mind that phones now have thinner bezels so a large screen phone can be equal to a smaller screen phone with large bezels.

                  Larger screen = more usage. I don't get why so few are making 7inch screens. Give me 9:21 7inch phones.

                    Now this is subjective. It will always vary from user to user. For me, as my eyesight is not perfect anymore, I prefer a larger screen nowadays. The 6 inch screen on my Pixel is a bit too small for me. So something like 6.2-6.3 inches would be better. Aspect ratio also matters. Phones are just getting taller, which just cannot stand.

                      Look at YouTube videos the amount of likes and comments don't even come close to the amount of views.. the MAJORITY doesn't participate like that..

                      Many many people think like you assuming popularity in comments translate to the masses that is FALSE

I want phone with modern camera, modern hardware, modern processor, with 4G calls, but with size same as nokia 5230.

                              tall narrow screens are useless.
                              we need 16:9 and 18:9 ratio back!
                              and personally i prefer "mi max 3" screen size.

                                  I want a ~6.2" with 18:9 aspect ratio. I have no use for a 20:9. You can only read so much at one time and 18:9 is enough to get a good overview. Also watching 16:9 videos on 20:9 is just a waste of space and cuts off to much if I zoom in on the video!

                                    6.7" is good, easier to type with bigger hands.

                                      For me size can be max 6.7 inch, but most important is weigh which I don't prefer more than 175g

                                        Guys... You just can't walk the street with a small TV sized phone in your pocket... It's outrageous... 5 to 6" should be sufficient. Also more than the ppi density, the battery life is more important.
