Here the price for the 12/512 model was 999 and I paid it 670 euros, 4 month after launch; now the price stays the same and the devices stays longer, with features stripped down over the years. But yeah, perfomance is better on my S22U than my Note10+, yet the fact that the Note 10+ has a MicroSD slot is a huge plus in my day2day usage 👍
As for the S22u, purchased it last year on launch, with all the offer, 800 paid for the 12-512 instead of 1400. Now this is 1579 and 1819 for 512-1Tb since there isn't any MicroSD slot and need more memory, that's too steep. And might consider iOS for a change ...

Rotciv Ikias, 01 Feb 2023But 8gb is enough for most ppl For most people the old iPhone X and Samsung A series phones are enough. The Galaxies are priced and marketed as top tier phones yet in recent years are crippled with low ram i.e. 8GB.

It's shameful for a company like Samsung to doing this to the flagship, stripping down a 1000 euro device just to promote the Ultra that cost 40 to 80% more, that's just insane. I'll keep my Note and S22U and wait for a S24U with flat screen then, before Exynos came back to perhaps f it up or be a gamechanger. We'll see 😂

S23 is downgraded compared to S22.
S23 has no OIS for telephoto camera, whereas S22 had it.
I will skip S23.

Should point out that base S23 now got the brighter screen of its siblings. Personally I'm very excited about that!
