Tata Nano is long gone. The current cars of Tata are much better. They lead the EV segment in India.

Serves them right for trying to exploit cheap labour in second and third world countries. They could move all their manufacturing to the USA, Canada and maybe Germany or the UK. But nah, don't want to pay the plebs too much

Even the cheapest Citroen or Renault is probably leagues better than anything Tata. And we consider French cars to be one of the flimsiest in general... Iirc Tata Nano isn't even allowed on EU roads because it's so unsafe they just don't allow it here.

This is the relatively new Tata Hosur plant, not the Foxconn Chennai plant where most made-in-India iPhones come from.
It takes time for the plant to develop. Just some patience and training required.

From my previous audit report in south and southeast Asia, Bangladesh had near to zero oversea plants. That's why products price there is even higher than EU countries.
