Only a blind person wouldn't see that. Batteries aren't ready yet to sustain that amount of watts, technology is not quite ready yet. But ofc, you and all the others are just attracted to the big numbers; the bigger the better, the faster the better, which might be true, but when technology will completely be ready. And trust me, nobody needs their phone to charge in less than 5 minutes. You are just dependent of your phone and can't stay without it while it charges.

But it is not ready. 300W will completely downgrade battery performance; it won't last long until it'll be completely dead.....here is all a race of who got the biggest numbers, all to attract customers.

The race in megapixels has ended and now we see a new war in fast charger ?

        - High megapixels proved over time that it improves nothing in picture processing and quality

        - High wattage will prove that it degrades battery and SoC faster.

        Cheers

Because basically it's not that smart when it comes to charging 😁

Me personally I'm for faster charging 1-3 minutes fully charged is very welcome innovation unlike 1-3 hours of charging

If you're happy with battery anxiety & talking Xanex for your slow charging in 2023 good for you mate 😁

I will NEVER buy $1000 - $1400 plus phones that charges for Hours very below purr by 2023 standards "flagships" "smartphone" 😆😁😁

30 minutes should be a minimum for a full charge

now i can just fill the entire battery like a gasoline 😃😃😃😃
5 minutes to get full charge is beyond insane, i assume this feature will be there in the future redmi note 13.

Some commenters here seem to argue like they are forced to use fast charging. Everyone can choose whether to use fast charging or not.

3600w isnt that common - its usually reserved for the 1 or 2 powerpoints that are connected to the oven which is the highest watt appliance. There are ovens which can take 2 sockets to get 7200w. You can do that for a phone too - use 2x AC adapters to get more power. Provide a special usb cable to have them merge into 1 usbC socket ha.

Otherwise usually home socket its only 10A which is 2400w

or only 1200w if you are on 110v usa
