A54 reached at almost 48°c after gaming on it. And many of 'poor' chinese phones with 8+gen 1 can stay at 43°c much longer. Just wait for S23 FE with 8 gen 1 which will give direct competition to microwaves. We will see who is going to burn their pockets and hands.

So such a scenario not going to happen. If SE4 indeed become a big thing as you hope, Samsung can compete to it if they really wanted. On a side note, the current SE3 is not a success and hardly a threat to any other phones in its segment.

The advantage going with Samsung is their optimized OneUI OS and long term software support commitment. Samsung is literally the poor mans iPhone in a good sense because with Samsung you get all the benefits of Android openness and user friendliness and still have many of the premiumness of the iPhone. A mix of both world!

Most Chinese phones are letting their phones get super warm to get better performance than Samsung, to each their own, if y'all prefer getting your fingers and motherboard burned.

S... moreSaying samsung dowgrade isnt 100% true, some phones are good some are bad, from A30, 30s, 31, 32 etc no phone is well rounded and tick most box than A33, This year A14 5G is best yet since A10, A03 was one of the Best sub $100 phone, some old devices like s20 Fe, S21 etc are heavily discounted.

[deleted post]It's not crapmi 17 after 5 years as they have 2 models a year so it be something like crapmi 22 or something and i bet it will probably be a lot more powerful the iphone 14
When note 12 pro as of now have Dimensity 1080 that is something 530k in Antutu v9 benchmark while Iphone 14 is around 817k score. So i bet in 5 years the redmi note in 20-22 series will be around SD 8 Gen 2 power that is already something 1.2M in benchmark score

And i dont think i am anything special. In my country there are still people who use Nokia 6110. World is a really large place to say something so dumb

Nobody keeps their phones for 5 years worst thing you get is updated phone with putdated hardware barely running most basic apps.
When comparing specs of Xiaomi and Apple Xiaomi always wins because for lower price gives a lot better specced device with lot more user friendly android and experience.
IOS is nothing just a bloatware where you cant even change themes, profile pics, or a sound of your phone.
Many else is excluded from this phone.
Xiaomi gives nice case, charger, screen protector and many else into their even 200 eur devices in case of apple nothing you gets for free.
End of story is simple as that.
