This is good news... I hope apple will improve its technology. iOS is good its fast and fluid and has many apps. Apple just needs to redesign it and give more freedom.

Jealous of what? Motorola was the first to make a mobile phone so other would not copy and make mobile phones too? What is your point? money being paid into peoples pockets here, they own it and the reason people pay for things to be patented is to protect there investments in the r&d deparmtent. Steve Jobs would turn in his grave.

Thanx to Motorola to save Google (Patents) and Samsung too for this victory. But that not all Motorola by saving Google save at the same time any company that use Android OS. Sony, Samsung, LG, HTC, ... All of them need to thanx Motorola and Google. Samsung is number one because of Google and Google is alive because of Motorola. Sony can try to sell more is Xperia series because of Google and Moto. And so on the liste is very long. Soon... The Ghost...

Other companies got jealous and started copying everything when they realised how good these products are - and to this day they cant compete in quality and user experience.. For those who want a Samsung.. just wait 3 months cause it will be half price..

the world is full of brainless-newmoney people and is also full of people wich even they couldn't, they wanna show off more than they have and earn indeed. overpriced apple products were very fine targeted to these people. it is so easy to oveprice e mediocre product with marketing gimmicks, but is so hard to make good products with good prices. like htc did...
