How often do you have this situation? Never ..

1) Oled brightness vary according to amount of surface that displays white. The more white , the lower is brightness.

2) with full screen displaying all colours, you will not get more than half of this , and only if you are outdoors on sunny bright day letting sunlight hits your phone directly at 90 degrees to screen. Situation where your phone is gonna get hot because 5G and the brightness being pushed and after few minutes brightness drops to reduce heat.

3) in your bedroom, living room, kitchen or bathroom, the auto brightness will never go higher than 400-500, manual adjustment cant go much more. No 1000, 1400, 1700, 2200 again. Not even hdr can trigger this.

You guys need to stop believing all marketing teams of phone makers claim.

- brightness levels users can never reach.
- charging speeds of 150, 200, 250W that in the end are no more than 60-70% of advertised
- prime lenses called optical zoom
- " lossless zoom"
- moon photos that are fake.
- macro photos that are not macro photography.

[deleted post]HDR does not benefit from 10x10 pixels of excessive brightness.

[deleted post]Most people think Huaxing (CSOT) premium screens are way better than Visionox. Their top screens are very good. Definitely will be a very good screen, maybe not the very best, but very good nonetheless

Also, nobody in indoors situations want eyes facing 2000, 2300, 2500 nits. As someone that has used devices with white boot screen, trust me, you dont want even 700 nits in your face at home.

Majority of tvs dont even pass 600. Still can properly handle hdr.
