"... allows you to take the focusing time out of taking a shot by setting a predetermined focusing distance." I wonder if there's a quick option for setting the "predetermined focus" at the hyperfocal distance, or if you must manually set it every time (not a huge penalty - you'd quickly learn). Either way, it's a nice step forward.

Or to connect a sc... moreEven if a phone has 200w charging, it will barely charge it at that wattage and will turn down the speed to "only" two digits, because it heats up a phone considerably and erode the battery even more quickly. Even this 90w charging will "only" charge at 30-40w most of the time. Rather have better usb standards than gimmicks.

The 13 pro costs 80k in India, one of the few countries outside of China where it sells. So the 13 ultra might end up costing around 100k inr which is stupid expensive for an Xiaomi, considering one can get a s23 ultra for a little more( someone spending this much money can afford to spend a little more anyways). And for an flagship, hardware isn't the only thing that matters and oneui is light years ahed of miui.

Since 2021, Xiaomi announced they will support their top series for 4 years of os update and 5 years of security updates. Which is pretty good imo

Such camera oriented phone should have a headphone jack for external mic. You want great audio with great video and mobile microphones won't cut it.

Very impressive hardware, they did an amazing job. Too bad it runs MIUI and will have pretty much no software support after only a couple of years, like all the other premium Xiaomi phones.

Also, there's no point shooting in 4K when the vidoe will be compressed for social media uploading anyway, particularly Meta platorms.
