[deleted post]Garbage man here since well... I bought the Xperia 5 ll which only has 128GB internal storage.
I could easily get more storage with an SD card should I choose to since this phone has such an option.
See... That's the power of an SD card support you can fine tune the amount of storage you want to your needs specifically.
On top of that SD storage is cheaper then being forced a certain amount of internal storage to begin with.... So why would anyone be against SD card support?
Why not have BOTH?
Plus with cloud storage... You could easily upload to the interwebz and Viola delete the videos or pics on your phone to free up storage
With cloud saving... How much storage do we really need on phones since everyone is all about cloud saving these days?
Especially since these GINORMOUS phones are getting bigger and bigger and bigger yet getting things removed.
And people are fine with this trend?

Sony please please if you're reading this... Make some phones with removable batteries (midrange to high range please) for the people out there that don't need ip68 that would LOVE a bigger battery
I miss removable batteries soooooo much
Loved having removable batteries on my LG V20 & Xperia L.
Went with the Xperia Xa2 then finally the Xperia 5 ll which I am using now and I'm so sad there is no removable battery option for mid range high end phones at all in this bizarre phone industry.
I never dropped any phone in any water since i started using my very first phone that had no camera on it at all LoL and with cloud storage saving capabilities.... Do we really need ip68 rating phones anymore?
Let us consumers have more options please Sony lead the way love how you didn't abandon the Jack/SD card/notification light (think you did on the new Xperia 1 MK5 which is a shame) i will support pro choice as much as I can.
So disgruntled at the phone industry in this day and age.
Wish there was a way you can specifically customize a phone to your own liking and have it produced ehhhhh....

Sony midranges has poor chipset and high prices compared to other brands.
2 os upgrade is another problem too.
Slow charging and absence of charger in box.
You are paying +1K $ and no charger in the box, that's not good.
Following crapple trend means they don't give a sh*t and just pretending they do.
Sony phones are overpriced.

Interesting, really interesting.. disposal phones huh. I still see many people with perfectly working Mate 10 Pro phones and similarly old models. If they have no need for a new phone, why would they get one? In my country everything is about 3-4x more expensive compared to last year, times are rough here, there are way more important things to spend your money on than phones, like family and food.

They dropped the Mi naming years ago, but anyways a 1440p LTPO AMOLED, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ display with 2600 nits of brightness, which is the highest on any phone, somehow doesn't sound lame to me.
